Another lazy Monday afternoon. I have been trying to do some keyword research and competitive analysis for a new niche site I am working on . I need to figure out if the niche has a ton of competition, then check if there is a lot of traffic , check if there is money to be made in that market. Typically what we want is to do a lot of these researches before diving into a certain niche. In that way we don't spend a lot of time doing things that aren't going to be productive in the distant future.

Fortunately, I have a virtual assistant that I've hired before and I continuously offload some of my work from time to time. I've already trained her to do these stuff before so it's best to just keep on hiring her rather than look for another VA to do the same type of work.

Tomorrow, hopefully I'll have her submit the research she's doing today so tomorrow, I'll have a run down of things that I want to look at and just base
